- Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth, and cornstarch until smooth.

- Heat oil in a wok and cook beef for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

- Cook chicken in the same wok for about 3 minutes until fully cooked. Remove.

- Cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes until pink. Remove immediately.

- Add garlic and ginger, then stir-fry vegetables for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.

- Return all cooked proteins to the wok and toss together.

- Pour in the sauce and stir continuously until it thickens and coats everything evenly.

- Adjust seasoning and serve hot with rice or noodles.

Notes
- Always cook on high heat for best stir-fry results.
- Avoid overcrowding the pan to prevent steaming.
- Prep all ingredients before starting, as cooking is very quick.
