Method
 

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth, and cornstarch until smooth.

  2. Heat oil in a wok and cook beef for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

  3. Cook chicken in the same wok for about 3 minutes until fully cooked. Remove.

  4. Cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes until pink. Remove immediately.

  5. Add garlic and ginger, then stir-fry vegetables for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.

  6. Return all cooked proteins to the wok and toss together.

  7. Pour in the sauce and stir continuously until it thickens and coats everything evenly.
