- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Cut the bread into evenly sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

- In a separate bowl, mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add melted butter and olive oil, then stir to combine.

- Pour the seasoning mixture over the bread cubes and toss well until all pieces are evenly coated. Spread them in a single layer on the baking sheet.

- Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving or storing.
