  • 2 cups Cooked rice Preferably chilled or day-old

  • 1/2 cup Ham Finely diced
  • 1/2 cup Green onions Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Frozen peas Adds color and sweetness

  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce Main seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil Optional for flavor

Step 1
  1. Prepare all ingredients before cooking. Chop vegetables, measure sauces, and make sure the rice is cold and separated.

  1. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add one tablespoon of oil and allow it to heat until shimmering.

  1. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and scramble until cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  1. Add the remaining oil to the wok. Stir-fry the sliced green onions for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
