Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz White rum Divided between servings
  • 4 oz Blue curaçao Provides color and citrus flavor
  • 8 oz Pineapple juice Chilled
  • 8 oz Orange juice Fresh or bottled
  • 4 oz Sweet & sour mix Store-bought or homemade
  • 12 oz Lemon-lime soda Added after blending
  • 8 cups Ice For frozen texture
  • 4 pieces Gummy sharks For garnish
  • 4 slices Orange slices Optional garnish
  • 4 pieces Maraschino cherries Optional garnish

Method
 

Step 1:
  1. Fill a blender with ice. Add the white rum and blue curaçao directly over the ice.

  1. Pour in pineapple juice, orange juice, and sweet & sour mix. Blend on high until smooth and slushy, about 30–45 seconds.

  1. Pour the frozen mixture evenly into four large glasses or fishbowl glasses.

  1. Slowly top each glass with lemon-lime soda. Stir gently once or twice to combine without losing carbonation.

  1. Garnish each serving with a gummy shark, orange slice, and maraschino cherry. Serve immediately while frozen.

Notes

  • Use crushed ice for a smoother texture.
