I love making this light and refreshing pineapple drink at home. It’s sweet, slightly tangy, and perfect for warm days. With fresh pineapple, lemon juice, and chilled water, this homemade pineapple quencher tastes fruity and smooth, just like a tropical restaurant drink.

Ingredients
  

1 ½ cups Fresh pineapple chunks Use ripe pineapple
2 cups Chilled water Makes drink refreshing
2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice Adds brightness
4 tbsp Sugar or honey Adjust to taste
2–3 leaves Mint leaves Optional
¼ tsp Black salt or regular salt Optional flavor
1 cup Ice cubes For serving

Cut the pineapple by removing the skin and hard center core. Slice the fruit into small chunks.

    Notes
