Method
- Step 1

Cut the pineapple by removing the skin and hard center core. Slice the fruit into small chunks.
- Step 2

Add the pineapple chunks into a blender and pour in the chilled water.
- Step 3

Add lemon juice, sugar or honey, and a small pinch of salt.
- Step 4

Add mint leaves if you want a refreshing aroma.
- Step 5

Blend everything for about 45–60 seconds until the mixture becomes smooth.
- Step 6

Place a fine mesh strainer over a pitcher and pour the blended mixture through it to remove pulp.
- Step 7

Press the pulp gently with a spoon to extract all the juice.
- Step 8

Discard the leftover pulp and stir the juice well.
- Step 9

Add ice cubes to glasses and pour the pineapple quencher over the ice.
- Step 10

Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.
Notes
Use fully ripe pineapple for the best flavor. If the pineapple is already very sweet, reduce the sugar slightly. Chilled water works better than ice during blending because it prevents the drink from becoming diluted. For a fizzy variation, replace part of the water with sparkling water.
